Located in the heart of the city, it was easy to get to all the attractions I wanted to visit. the breakfast served was scrumptious and I enjoyed it every morning.
My check-in experience was terrible. Even though I asked for the General Manager, he never came promptly to resolve the situation.

The hotel's brand is usually reliable and we've had good experiences in different locations over the years. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our Easter break stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is also convenient as it's close to key attractions.
They also demanded a deposit, which we refused, causing further problems. The General Manager eventually resolved the situation in the morning, but continued to insist that his staff were correct.
